Photo Gallery: Inside Look At Jordan Brand’s New Orleans All-Star Pop-Up
NBA All-Star 2017 has come and gone, and as usual, Jordan Brand put on for the city of New Orleans. Celebrating Jordan Brand’s history with the city, which dates all the way back to when Michael Jordan really came to the world’s attention by hitting the game-winning shot in the 1982 NCAA championship game played at the Superdome, Jordan Brand launched a retail pop-up store in the heart of the French Quarter in New Orleans.
The pop-up featured custom t-shirt printing, the latest Jordan releases, including the Air Jordan 6 retro, along with the AJ 1 and 31 All-Star editions. For those looking for some nostalgia, a display case featuring all of Mike’s All-Star sneakers in gold was also a part of the pop-up.
In addition to the retail store, the brand hosted the second annual Jordan Brand Invitational, which shines a spotlight on top local and national basketball players.
