Video: Jimmy Butler, Blake Griffin + Foot Locker Recreate Space Jam
To help celebrate the 20th anniversary of Space Jam, while introducing a new generation to the iconic film as well, Jordan Brand and Foot Locker have teamed up to launch a new spot recreating Space Jam.
The spot is set in a world where the Monstars return to Earth, demanding that humans comply with their brand of basketball. The spot features Jimmy Butler and Blake Griffin, and depicts Bugs Bunny in Foot Locker’s iconic stripes.
In addition to the new spot, Jordan Brand have “taken over” Foot Locker’s House of Hoops on 125th Street in Harlem. The takeover will include apparel customization, limited edition Jordans, and more, and runs till Dec. 3.
The ‘Space Jam’ Air Jordan XI retro releases on December. 10 at Foot Locker’s and House of Hoops around the country.
