Russell Westbrook on Knicks: “They’re an NBA Team”

Russell Westbrook may have been slightly miffed that his Thunder had just lost at Madison Square Garden,100-92, to a team that is just 9-37 on the season, or perhaps he was actually impressed that the Knicks showed some fight – either way, his reply to a reporters question if there was anything about the Knicks’ performance that surprised him could easily be misinterpreted as a backhanded compliment.

“They’re an NBA team,” said Westbrook.
